About Custom Stencils Custom made stencils can be used to create a variety of useful signs. One common use for custom stencils is to indicate the direction of a particular event or location to ensure guests know exactly where they are going. Stencils are also used for a range of informative purposes such as displaying parking information, notifying that a house is for sale to warning people about a potentially frightening pet! Many stencils are used to indicate important safety information. From pointing out the direction of a fire exit to informing of flammable or explosive ingredients in certain products, these stencils are designed specifically to portray information that is essential for the safety of the public. We also provide stencils which can be used to mark bins with specific names, numbers or addresses. In the same way, many companies use custom stencils to identify certain vehicles and machinery. It’s simple and practical!
How to order your custom stencil?To create a custom stencil you can either call us on 0+44 (0) 121 356 5100 or click on the link below.
What do we need to create one?Not much, although the more information we have the easier it will be. At a minimum, we need a description of what you want and the size you want it, for a logo a file can be attached in either JPEG, PDF, EPS, DXF or PNG file. We will also need to know how you are going to use the Stencil i.e. spray onto a box, wall, floor etc. or Jet wash onto a floor.
What Material is my Stencil made from?Normally 500 microm Plastic,but we can also make in Aluminium or Metal.
What happens after i have sent the details? Before we do any work we will send you a free quote for your stencil and we will not start work without your authorisation. Once you have accepted our quote we will design your stencil and send you a PDF file of the artwork for approval. We will make minor adjustments to this for free at this stage.
When you have approved the design and payment has been made this will then go into the workshop for cutting and dispatch. Normally this will be done within a working day unless we are exceptionally busy or the stencil is very large/many copies are needed.
Normal delivery is by signed for First Class Royal Mail but larger or heavier parcels may need to go via Courier. We will tell you if this is the case. Conversely we can do overnight guaranteed delivery so if you are in a hurry let us know when you need your stencil by.
